Big Waffle Crew Top – Navy Sale

This crew neck thermal is constructed from US-sourced cotton that is knitted in Japan with a moderate degree of tension. The use of thick yarns results in a fabric that is less likely to stretch when worn compared to more conventional waffle knit woven fabrics. The panelling through the sleeves and shoulders is inspired by vintage Swedish Army underlayers, which use a mix of both traditional set-in sleeves and raglan-style sleeves, providing a comfortable fit with flat seams that prevent unwanted stretch in this high pull area.

The long cuffs and hem are woven with tiered ribs, portraying traditional design details and providing additional comfort. Although the inspiration behind this garment is from use as an underlayer, *A Vontade have opted for a more relaxed silhouette allowing it to be worn as a single or secondary layer.
